Richard works primarily with domestic contracts, including breach of contract, drafting separation and settlement agreements, financial issues including property distribution, alimony, child support and absolute divorce. He will be happy to attend mediation with you to ensure that you receive the fairest possible settlement. He also has considerable experience working with cases involving domestic violence.  An initial consultation with Richard is complimentary and all subsequent consultations are $195.00/hr., unless you retain and are under contract then all consultation fees will be applied to your contract for services.

Richard graduated from Campbell University School of Law and is a licensed attorney in North Carolina. Richard also is a summa cum laude graduate of Campbell University with a degree in criminal justice.

While in law school, Richard was a member of two national appellate advocacy moot court teams and received a number of honors and awards while in law school and continues to teach appellate advocacy at Campbell Law School. Richard is an efficient and hard-worker who is dedicated to his clients and works solely to assist them in reaching the goals and objectives they desire.
